FK Kauno Žalgiris apparel collection

FK Kauno Žalgiris wanted fanwear that supporters could wear as part of their everyday wardrobe. The brief was to create shirts that felt connected to the club while fitting naturally into life beyond match day.

I developed the garment concepts and graphics together, drawing on contemporary streetwear and a preference for understated, lasting design. The green and cream colour palette keeps the pieces recognisable, while contrasting panels, collars and sleeve details give each version its own character. The flowing “Kauno” lettering forms the main graphic element, sitting alongside the club crest.

The balance between these elements was central to the project. I wanted the shirts to feel relaxed and easy to style, with enough detail to stand on their own. Working on both the clothing concepts and the graphics allowed me to consider how the colours, proportions and artwork would work together on the finished garments.

My involvement continued through production preparation. I created the mockups and production files, then reviewed samples and made corrections to bring the finished pieces closer to the original designs.
